This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is also walking distance to Tahoe City. During summer months, there is a bike path that leads down to the Truckee River from the house. It's fully equipped with all the modern conveniences such as HDTV with cable, 2 DVDs, wireless internet access, stereo with CD player, fireplace, washer, dryer, dishwasher & microwave.
As you walk into the house upstairs, you enter the kitchen area, living room, one full bath in the hall, 1/2 bath off the kitchen and two bedrooms. The downstairs has the third bedroom, full bathroom in the hall along with the bonus room/TV room. There are decks on both levels offering the fabulous mountain views.
