The Oxford house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a 2 car garage located approx 2.5 miles south of Tahoe City, just before Sunnyside on the hill. It is equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, television, VCR, DVD, stereo with CD player, internet access, fireplace in living room, sunny deck area, dining room table will accommodate 6 people and there's 4 bar stools at the counter top for overflow. All the bedrooms and one bath are downstairs as well as the sauna. The living room, dining area, kitchen and 2nd bathroom are all upstairs. There is a sunny deck with patio furniture, barbeque and a smoker (weather permitting).
This home also has access to Tahoe Park's private beach area and is walking distance to Paige Meadows which is a popular hiking/biking area in summer and cross country skiing/snow shoeing are in winter.
Parking for 3 cars maximum during winter months (November 1st until May 1st).
