A "ski lease" is a 5 month lease beginning in December OR a 4 month lease beginning January 4th.

We require a security deposit equal to one month's rent and a signed lease to secure the home for the winter. The total rent is due 30 days prior to arrival along with estimated utility costs (see below), except for gas and electric, which will be transferred into your name and billed monthly.

Estimated utility costs are: Cable: $50/month; Telephone: $25/month; Internet: $35/month; Snow removal: $100-200/month -(depending on the snow removal contractor); Hot tub service: $100-$125/month.
