The Spangler house is nestled in the trees in the popular Tahoe Park neighborhood. It's walking distance to the lake, Sunnyside and the Firesign Cafe! It also has access to the Tahoe Park private beach area.

As you walk into the cabin, you enter the living room. The kitchen/dining room is beyond the living area and there's one bedroom and one bath downstairs; the other 2 bedrooms an 1/2 bath are upstairs. It's equipped with a washer, dryer, microwave, gas range (no dishwasher), stone wood fireplace in the living room, television with cable, VCR & DVD. Level access and parking for up to 2 cars.

This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation!
