WINTER LEASES FOR THE 2025-26 Season
***AVAILABILITY FOR THE 2025-26 SEASON WILL BE POSTED BY AUGUST 1, 2025***
Our winter leases consist of a 5-month lease beginning December 2025;
OR a 4-month lease beginning on January 2, 2026.
We require a security deposit equal to one month's rent, along with a signed lease to secure the home for the winter. The total rent is due 30 days prior to arrival, along with estimated utility costs and a snow removal service for the driveway. Gas and electric will be transferred into the tenant's name during tenancy.
Estimated utility costs are: Cable, telephone, and internet are estimated at $270-$290/month; driveway snow removal is estimated at $175-$230+/month (depending on the snow removal contractor); and hot tub service is estimated to be $140-$170/month. We also require a $55.00 deposit protection plan, covering up to $3,000 of accidental damages.
