Fine House
The Fine house is located approximately 3 miles south of Tahoe City in Timberland. The cozy living and dining room have vaulted ceilings, knotty pine walls and an incredible woodstove to keep you warm on those snowy winter nights. Come springtime, don't forget to enjoy some sunny days on the deck.
The bedrooms are nicely spaced apart with two bedrooms on the first floor and the third upstairs. There are two bathrooms in the hall downstairs and one off the bedroom upstairs. The second bathroom downstairs offers a clawfoot tub for a relaxing bath after a hard day of skiing.
This home and is equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, telephone, 2 flatscreen televisions with cable (one in the living room and 1 in the back bedroom), woodstove in the living room, high speed cable internet. There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. There's parking for up to 4 cars and also has a large area outside of the house that is available for dry wood storage.

This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation!
There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked.
Cleaning fee includes linens and towels. You may want to bring beach towels, as those are not provided.
