Gas and electric will be transferred into tenant’s name during tenancy, $79 deposit protection plan (one time cost). hot tub service is estimated to be $900/season which includes a final drain/fill at end of lease, and snow removal for the driveway is $1175.00/season. Parking for 2 cars ONLY.
This is an perfectly preserved retro style home! Go back in to old time Tahoe with adorable green shag carpet, great green retro appliances, and a funky wood burning stove. When you first walk in you are greeted with high ceilings, and then you walk into an adorable open kitchen/living/dining area. There is even a working vintage table video game machine upstairs- play Frogger, Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Galaga when the snow hits!
House is fully equipped with a new fridge, retro dishwasher and electric range in perfect condition, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes for cooking all of your meals! This home also has a BBQ, and TV, cable, and WIFI are all available. There's also a brand new hot tub on the deck (summer 2022) for you to enjoy during your stay.
Cute, clean, cozy, and comfortable, this little cabin has a loft with 2 queen beds, 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, and 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower combos. Can comfortably sleep 6-8 people, great for families, but please no pets.
Perfectly located! Just 8 minutes to Tahoe City, 15 minutes to Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort, 10 minutes to Homewood Mountain Resort, and 34 minutes to Northstar at Tahoe!
