Amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, all the necessary kitchen necessities, forced air heat, wood burning river rock fireplace in the living room. 3 sided deck facing the private yard ensures sun or shade all summer long, patio furniture and gas BBQ.

The bed arrangements are: 1) King - downstairs master with 2 sinks in the bathroom and a tub shower; 2) 2 twins - downstairs; 3) King plus trundle bed - upstairs; 4) King upstairs. There's a bathroom downstairs in the hall with 1 sink and a shower stall, the second bathroom is upstairs with 1 sink and a jacuzzi tub/shower, and the Master bathroom is the 3rd bathroom.

Guests have access to the PRIVATE Tahoe Park Beach area when renting this cabin (Monday thru Friday only, until further notice).

*Tahoe Park Beach restrictions due to COVID-19:
• Social distancing must be maintained at all times.
• Face coverings are recommended.
• They will be allowing a maximum of 200 guests at one time.
• Front gate access is restricted to card-key access only.
• Renters are ONLY allowed at the beach weekdays (Mon - Fri).
• The BBQ’s and picnic tables will no longer be able to be reserved. They will be on a first come, first serve basis.

Well behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. Dog must be approved prior to accepting a reservation. Please call us for details.

This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation!

November 1st to May 1st, there is NO street parking. You must park in driveway areas only.
There is parking for 4 cars at this house during winter months.
