Hot tub service is estimated to be $900.00 including final drain/fill; and snow removal for the driveway is estimated to be $1,000.00/season.
Snowflake Lodge is an amazing home that's secluded and offers hiking trails just steps away. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a newer hot tub on the upper deck for you to enjoy. It's equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and gas range. There is forced air heating along with a wood burning stove so you can stay extra warm during the winter months. It's the last house on this street which is a cul-de-sac, and there's a great hiking trail leading into the woods which is great for cross country skiing or snow shoeing.
As you walk into this home, there's a large entry way and closet to hold your jackets & snow gear, then you'll go upstairs into the living room, dining, kitchen area. Down the hall are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double/full bed, the second bedroom has a queen and the 3rd bedroom has a king with en-suite bathroom with a tub shower. The 2nd bathroom is at the end of the hall and has a shower stall.
The living room is spacious and has a large sectional couch, wood burning woodstove & TV (internet TV only). The kitchen/dining area has a table that seats up to 6 people comfortably and the kitchen has everything you'll need to make the most delicious meals. There's a gas BBQ on the deck along with the newer hot tub. There is patio furniture on on the deck during the summer months only.
