Thompson's Landing has recently been remodeled and has everything you'll need to enjoy the most wonderful vacation in Tahoe! It boasts 3 full bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is an easy stroll to the common area swimming pool (summer only), hot tub, sauna, tennis courts (tennis rackets & balls provided if you don't have your own!) and pickle-ball courts. There are also a basketball courts around the corner.

As you walk into this beautiful Condo, you enter the living, dining & kitchen areas. There's also a half bathroom downstairs alongside the kitchen and a nice back deck area. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms and the other two full bathrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed with a walk in closet and full bathroom (stall shower). The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twins. The twin bedroom is great for kids, as it has a library of movies they can watch on the television or play any of the numerous games provided.

Wood floors accent the downstairs living areas. The kitchen is absolutely stunning with its stainless-steel appliances, wood floors, granite counter tops and self closing cabinets & drawers! It has all the modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, gas range and in addition to the Cuisinart coffee maker, it has all the needed utensils, serving dishes, etc., including a Ninja Blender & all new cookware (2018) and makes for an amazing setting while entertaining family and friends! Next to the kitchen is also a full-size washer & dryer.

The dining room table accommodates 6 people comfortably and there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen island for additional seating. The living room has a large flat-screen television with Apple TV & Netflix, Blue Ray DVD player, stone (gas) fireplace! As you settle into this Condo, you'll find the Owners have thought of just about everything! You're welcome to pull the TV out from the wall and adjust accordingly for better viewing. The blinds in the living room and kitchen areas can be opened/closed with a push of a button.

Walk out onto the new back deck and relax in the shade as you whip up a scrumptious meal on the gas BBQ. The back deck also leads out to the common area swimming pool, hot tub AND sauna, tennis courts & pickle ball courts, which is just steps away!* Lake Forest & Skylandia Beaches are also just a short walk from this Condominium complex. Take a stroll down the sandy beach, enjoy the beautiful lupines that typically bloom late Spring, or even drop your kayak or paddle-board into the water and paddle around in our spectacular blue waters of Tahoe!
