RENTED for the 2021-22 season

Trembley House - 4-month ski lease available beginning January 7, 2022 until May 8, 2022 - $4,300/month. Security deposit is $4,300, total rent is $17,200; cable, phone and internet is $200/month or $1,000.00 total; $69 deposit protection plan (covers up to $3000 in accidental damages); Gas & electric to be transferred into tenants name during tenancy. THE TREMBLEY HOUSE is located approx 2.5 miles from Tahoe City near Sunnyside. It has level access and parking for up to 4 cars. This classic Old Tahoe style home recently had the kitchen, upstairs kids room and two bathrooms completely remodeled. There is a large living room area with fireplace, vaulted ceilings, television with cable, internet access, VCR, DVD, stereo system with cassette and CD. The newer kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. There's a gas range, dishwasher, microwave and there's even an extra refrigerator in the pantry area for overflow. It's walking distance to the popular Tahoe Park Private Beach* and has a fantastic back deck/yard during the summer months.

Minutes away from Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski areas as well as many snowshoeing/cross country ski trails.

Unfortunately our cabin does not allow any pets due to allergies.

Guests have access to the PRIVATE Tahoe Park Beach area when renting this cabin (Monday thru Friday only, until further notice).

•Tahoe Park Beach restrictions due to COVID-19:
• Social distancing must be maintained at all times.
• Face coverings are recommended.
• They will be allowing a maximum of 200 guests at one time.
• Front gate access is restricted to card-key access only.
• Renters are ONLY allowed at the beach weekdays (Mon - Fri).
• The BBQ’s and picnic tables will no longer be able to be reserved. They will be on a first come, first serve basis.

This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation!

There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked.

Martin Luther King holiday – 3 night minimum
