In addition to short-term vacation rentals, West Lake Properties also offers ski and summer leases. Winter or ski leases can extend either four or five months. The lease period can begin in either December or January and end May 1st. Summer leases extend from May or June until September.
About Long Term Leases

Both summer and ski leases require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, along with a signed lease to secure the home over the rental period. Gas and electric are transferred into the renter’s name during the course of the long-term lease.
