RENTED for the 2023-24 season

Monthly Rate:$2,800/month

5-month ski lease available beginning December 1, 2023 until April 30, 2024. Security deposit is $2,800.00, total rent is $14,000.00; Internet is $75/month or $375.00 total. Gas and electric will be transferred into tenant’s name during tenancy and snow removal for the driveway is estimated to be $550.00/season. Deposit protection plan of $55.00 required and will cover up to $3,000 of accidental damages as long as damage is reported within 3 days of occurrence.

Hanna's cabin: This charming vintage west shore cabin has lots of charm and is nicely landscaped. Come stay at this 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabin with loft, that also includes a sunny sitting area. It's close to Chambers Landing, Tahoma Market and Dog & Bear Tavern and has been recently refurbished and updated. This cabin offers a large living area with gas fireplace, Applebox flat screen TV, full kitchen, side deck with table, chairs and umbrella. There's also another sitting area on the other side of the cabin.

The bedroom downstairs has a full size bed. The large loft upstairs boasts a queen size bed along with a separate sitting area with desk, in case you need to do some work while you're here. The kitchen is smaller, but has everything you'll need to make the most delicious meals (no dishwasher). Enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner on side deck off the kitchen while catching up with friends and family.

In the winter you can enjoy some of the best skiing in the world. The house is just a 10 minute drive to Homewood Mountain Resort and it's not too far from Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort and Northstar at Tahoe ski areas.

Visit some of the beaches and historic sites along the west shore such as Sugar Pine State Park (sandy beach) & the Ehrman Mansion, Meeks Bay Beach (sandy beach), DL Bliss State Park or the infamous Emerald Bay & Vikingsholm Castle.

There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars maximum.

This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation!

Cleaning fee includes linens and towels. You may want to bring beach towels, as those are not provided.
