Banovich House - 4-month winter lease beginning January 7, 2022 until May 8, 2022 - $8,500/month. Security deposit is $8,500, total rent is $34,000; cable, phone and internet is $200/month or $800.00 total; $69 deposit protection plan (covers up to $3000 in accidental damages); Gas & electric to be transferred into tenants name during tenancy. The Banovich home is located in the Pineland area which is approximately 3 miles south of Tahoe City. The main part of the home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, large living room, river rock fireplace; as you walk past the kitchen/dining room area, you walk up some stairs to the 5th bedroom, which is over the garage and is equipped with it's own bathroom, kitchenette, a television and games.

The house is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, flatscreen TV with satellite, DVD, VCR, wireless internet access, stereo with CD player, iPod docking station, dartboard, shuffle board table, air hockey table, ping pong table and gas BBQ. The back yard has been kept in a natural setting with a large sitting area next to the hot tub, which also backs to forest. You can relax in the hammock or on the patio furniture while entertaining your guests. There is more patio furniture on the front deck along with a gas barbecue. There's also a fenced in yard on the side of the house for your dog!

Across the street is Ward Creek and it's a short walk to Lake Tahoe. Also close to many hiking/biking trails!

This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation!

Cleaning fee includes linens, towels, and spa cleaning. You may want to bring spa/beach towels, as those are not provided.
