Monthly Rate:$7,900/month
4-month ski lease available beginning January 2, 2026 until May 3, 2026. Security deposit is $7,900.00, total rent is $31,600.00; cable, phone and internet is $290/month or $1,160.00 total. Gas and electric will be transferred into tenant’s name during tenancy and snow removal for the driveway is estimated to be $200/month or $800.00 total. Hot tub service is estimated to be $1,080.00/season. Deposit protection plan of $55.00 required and will cover up to $3,000 of accidental damages. To secure this home, we require a signed lease along with the security deposit. The rent, estimated utilities and snow removal is due December 2, 2025.
The Banovich home is located in the Pineland area, which is approximately 3 miles south of Tahoe City. The main part of the home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large living room with river rock fireplace; as you walk past the kitchen/dining room area, you walk up some stairs to the 5th bedroom, which is over the garage and is equipped with its own bathroom, kitchenette, a television, and games.
The house is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, flat-screen TV with satellite, DVD, VCR, wireless internet access, stereo with CD player, iPod docking station, dartboard, shuffleboard table, air hockey table, ping pong table, and a gas BBQ. The backyard has been kept in a natural setting with a large sitting area next to the hot tub, which also backs to the forest. You can relax in the hammock or on the patio furniture while entertaining your guests. There is more patio furniture on the front deck, along with a gas barbecue. There's also a fenced-in yard on the side of the house for your dog!
During the winter months, save time driving to Palisades and take the Sherwood Shuttle to the backside of Alpine on the weekends. They will pick you up in the driveway!
Across the street is Ward Creek and it's a short walk to Lake Tahoe. Also close to many hiking/biking trails! And, you are within minutes of world class skiing at Palisades Tahoe / Alpine Ski Resort, Homewood Mountain Resort and Northstar at Tahoe.
This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation!
Cleaning fee includes linens, towels, and spa cleaning. You may want to bring spa/beach towels, as those are not provided.
There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked.
