'Cedars Palace'... come experience Lake Tahoe! It's a great vacation getaway for any time of the year. This 3 bedroom one and a half bath single story home is newly remodeled and just 2 miles from Tahoe City and located in the highly desirable Tahoe Park neighborhood. During the summer you can walk to a Tahoe Park Private Beach* on the Lake which includes over 3 acres of lakefront fun including picnic tables, BBQs, playground, two piers, roped offed swim area, volleyball and basketball courts.

This home is also walking distance to Firesign Cafe, Sunnyside Lodge and nearby market. Nearby hiking and biking trails offer miles of adventure.

In the winter you can enjoy some of the best skiing in the world. The house is just a 10 minute drive from Squaw Valley or Alpine Meadows and even closer to Homewood Ski Area.

There is parking in the driveway for 4 cars.

Two of the three bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The half bath has a stacking washer/dryer.

The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, disposal, gas range, and pots, pans, and dishes to make a nice meal. The dining table has seating for 6 and opens to the living room with woodstove insert on the river rock hearth, TV with cable and DVD player and wireless internet.

Front and back decks offer patio furniture and a gas BBQ - summer only.
Guests have access to the PRIVATE Tahoe Park Beach area when renting this cabin (Monday thru Friday only, until further notice).

*Tahoe Park Beach restrictions due to COVID-19:
• Social distancing must be maintained at all times.
• Face coverings are recommended.
• They will be allowing a maximum of 200 guests at one time.
• Front gate access is restricted to card-key access only.
• Renters are ONLY allowed at the beach weekdays (Mon - Fri).
• The BBQ’s and picnic tables will no longer be able to be reserved. They will be on a first come, first serve basis.

This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation!

There is parking for 4 cars at this house during winter months.
