5-month winter ski lease available beginning December 4, 2026 until May 3, 2027. Security deposit is $2,800.00, total rent is $14,000.00; phone and internet is $125/month or $625.00 total. Gas and electric will be transferred into tenant’s name during tenancy and snow removal for the driveway is estimated to be $1,095.00/season. Deposit protection plan of $55.00 required and will cover up to $3,000 of accidental damages as long as damage is reported within 3 days of occurrence.
The FOX HOUSE is a nice 2 bedroom, loft, 2 bath home located in the quiet neighborhood of Pineland. This cabin has everything you'll need to make your stay comfortable. Wood burning woodstove in the living room will keep this cabin nice and warm during the winter months (forced air heating system as well if you prefer to use the thermostat to control the heat) and it's amenities include a full size washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fully equipped kitchen and lots of puzzles and games to keep you busy on those stormy days.
There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked.
