Monthly Rate:$7800/month

4-month ski lease available beginning January 5, 2024 until May 5, 2024. Security deposit is $7,800.00, total rent is $31,200.00; cable, phone and internet is $235/month or $940.00 total. Gas and electric will be transferred into tenant’s name during tenancy and snow removal for the driveway is estimated to be $175/month or $700.00 total. Deposit protection plan of $55.00 required and will cover up to $3,000 of accidental damages as long as damage is reported within 3 days of occurrence.

The Griggs home is a very spacious, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a 2 car garage. It's located approx 1 mile south of Tahoe City and is beautifully furnished with knotty pine furniture, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, telephone, television with cable, DVD, stone fireplace in the living room and it gets lots of sun. The primary bedroom suite on the upper main living floor is complete with shower stall and Jacuzzi spa tub. The kitchen is also fully equipped for all your needs and there's a large dining room table that can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably, sunny deck with hot tub, patio furniture (summer only) and a gas BBQ area. Wireless internet also available.

Walking distance to Tahoe City as well as many hiking and biking trails. It's also close to world class skiing at Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort, Homewood Mountain Resort and Northstar at Tahoe!

This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation!

There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked.

Cleaning fee includes linens, towels, and spa cleaning. You may want to bring spa/beach towels, as those are not provided.

Nightly rent plus tax, cleaning fee, reservation fee and vacation rental damage protection plan, required on all rentals.


November 1st to May 1st, there is NO street parking. You must park in driveway areas only.
There is parking for 4 cars at this house during winter months.
