Monthly Rate:$3500/month

5-month ski lease available beginning December 6, 2024 until May 5, 2024. Security deposit is $3,500.00, total rent is $17,500.00; Internet is $100.00/month (no cable or telephone) or $500.00 total. Gas and electric will be transferred into tenant’s name during tenancy and snow removal for the driveway is estimated to be $1200.00/season. Deposit protection plan of $55.00 required and will cover up to $3,000 of accidental damages.

Hilltop Chalet is a beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath Tahoe getaway! Enjoy vaulted pine ceilings, a beautifully updated kitchen, and lots of natural light. This house is fully equipped, with a stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, and gas range, along with a microwave and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes! A Weber BBQ, front deck, and large back deck are there for you to make the most of the lovely outdoors!
Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a flatscreen TV with internet/Roku, a gas fireplace, and a washer/dryer. This home comfortably sleeps 8 people.

Only a ten minute drive to Tahoe City, and a short drive to Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort. Less than ten minutes to Homewood Mountain Resort.

Cleaning fee includes linens and towels.

The home does not allow any parties or events as it is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation!

There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked.

PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
From November 1st to May 1st, there is NO street parking. You must park in the driveway area only. During the winter months, there is parking for 2 cars maximum at this home.
