A Weber BBQ, front deck, and a large back deck are there for you to make the most of the lovely outdoors!
Other amenities include WIFI and a flatscreen TV with internet/Roku, a gas fireplace, and a washer/dryer. This home sleeps 8 people comfortably.
Only a ten minute drive to Tahoe City, and a short drive to Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort. Less than ten minutes to Homewood Mountain Resort.
Cleaning fee includes linens and towels.
The home does not allow any parties or events as it is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation!
There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked.

November 1st to May 1st, there is NO street parking. You must park in driveway area only. There is parking for 2 cars at this home during winter months.
