RENTED for the 2022-23 season

Monthly Rate:$4,000/month

5-month ski lease available beginning December 1, 2022 until April 30, 2023. Security deposit is $4,000.00, total rent is $20,000.00; cable, phone and internet is $225/month or $1,125.00 total. Gas and electric will be transferred into tenant’s name during tenancy and snow removal for the driveway is estimated at $750.00/season.

The Morte's house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath A-Frame cabin located in the popular Tahoe Park neighborhood! It's walking distance to the Tahoe Park Private Beach area, Firesign Café and Sunnyside Restaurant and is nicely furnished with antique bedroom furniture, "Old Tahoe" prints on the walls, a gas fireplace, a 42" flat screen TV (with expanded cable), VCR, DVD, games, movies and stereo with cassette. It also has wireless internet.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and it's fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, disposal and all the pots, pans and dishes needed to prepare the most delicious meals. There is a washer and dryer for your use as well.

Two of the bedrooms are downstairs along with a full bathroom; upstairs is one more bedroom with a full bathroom and a small loft. There is a Weber gas BBQ and patio furniture on the back patio area (summer only).

This home is perfect for two small families to share and is close to lots of hiking/biking trails, and is only 10-15 minutes from Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski areas.

This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation!

Cleaning fee includes linens and towels. You may want to bring beach towels, as those are not provided.
