The Spangler house is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath cabin, nestled in the trees in the popular Tahoe Park neighborhood. It's walking distance to the lake, Sunnyside and the Firesign Cafe! It also has access to the Tahoe Park Private Beach* area.
As you walk into the cabin, you enter the living room. The kitchen/dining room is beyond the living area and there's one bedroom and one bath downstairs; the other 2 bedrooms an 1/2 bath are upstairs. It's equipped with a washer, dryer, microwave, gas range (no dishwasher), stone wood fireplace in the living room, television with cable, VCR & DVD. Level access and parking for up to 2 cars.
Guests have access to the PRIVATE Tahoe Park Beach area when renting this cabin.
This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is after 10pm. Thanks for your cooperation!

November 1st to May 1st, there is NO street parking. You must park in driveway areas only.
There is parking for 2 cars at this house during winter months.
