Monthly Rate:$3,000/month

5-month ski lease available beginning December 5, 2025 until May 4, 2026. Security deposit is $3,000.00, total rent is $15,000.00; Internet & telephone is $250/month (est.) or $1,250.00 total. Gas and electric will be transferred into tenant’s name during tenancy. Snow removal for the driveway is estimated to be $850.00/season. Deposit protection plan of $55.00 required and will cover up to $3,000 of accidental damages as long as damage is reported within 30 days of occurrence.

Welcome to your ideal mountain getaway! This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin is nestled in the serene Timberland area, just a short distance from some of the best ski resorts, including Homewood, Palisades, and a bit further is Northstar at Tahoe.
Upon entering, you'll find both bedrooms along with a well-appointed bathroom featuring a separate tub and shower. This design allows multiple guests to get ready simultaneously, enhancing convenience for your group. The two inviting bedrooms are perfect for restful nights after a fun day on the slopes.

Upstairs, the cozy living space exudes warmth and charm, highlighted by a beautiful spiral stair-case. Enjoy your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen or catch your favorite movie on the large flat-screen television (with internet and Firestick) in the living room. Other amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, electric range, Keurig coffee maker, and central heat. You’re also welcome to use the wood stove for extra warmth, but please be cautious; it can become very hot during use.

This cabin is also close to Sunnyside Restaurant, where you can savor a delicious meal with a stunning lake view. For breakfast, don’t miss the highly acclaimed Firesign Café, consistently voted the best spot for breakfast and lunch. If you’re in the mood for a sweet treat, grab a scone at West Shore Market, or enjoy a satisfying lunch at Shadyside Restaurant. Tahoe House, located down the street, also offers some of the best coffee and breakfast treats in the area.
